Michael Ksiezopolski (Thorne) A few months ago, I was looking for tires for my Suzuki V-Strom 650XT and came across Needhams Motorcycles, who had exactly what I needed. After checking their reviews, I decided to give them a call. A brief, no-nonsense chat with the mechanic was all it took to convince me to head down to the shop. The time I spent waiting for the tire change and some minor repairs was even shorter than I’d anticipated. On the 13-mile ride home, I decided to test out the new rubber and wheel calibration; I was pleasantly surprised. Even at higher speeds, leaning into sharp corners was an absolute joy. When it came time for my MOT and a few more minor fixes, the service was once again fast and highly professional. Both the repairs and the MOT were handled without a hitch—quickly, expertly, and with a great sense of humour. The owner also showed me his impressive "museum" of BSA motorcycles (among others). There are some real gems in there, including a 1937 model that is a true rarity. This workshop and dealership are run by genuine motorcycle enthusiasts. It’s clearly more than just a job to them—it’s a passion. They love bikes and they love working on them. They are fast, efficient, and put their heart into it, which is almost unheard of these days. The prices at Needhams Motorcycles are very fair and reasonable, and the staff is friendly, witty, and honest. The quality of work is top-tier. As a customer, I felt treated much better here than at most other businesses in the UK, which was a very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend their services and products. Just today, I witnessed them testing new bikes before handing them over to buyers; they truly take motorcycles seriously and treat their customers with total integrity. Highly recommended! Przejrzałem reviews I postanowiłem zadzwonić I umówić wizytę. Krótka I treściwa rozmowa z mechanikiem szybko przekonała mnie, żeby się wybrać do warsztatu. Czas który spędziłem, czekając na wymianę opon I drobne naprzwy był szybszy niż się spodziewałem. W drodze powrotnej (około 13 mil) postanowiłem wytestować nowe opony I kalibrację kół. I tu byłem pozytywnie zaskoczony. Jazda po dość ostrych zakrętach przy całkiem szybkiej jeździe, była przyjemnością… Nadszedł czas MOT, oraz kilku drobnych napraw… I tu poraz kolejny, szybka I bardzo fachowa obsługa, I zarówno naprawy jak I MOT było zrobione bez żadnych problemów, szybko, fachowo I z poczuciem humoru. Właściciel jest również posiadaczem dość ciekawego “muzeum” motorów BSA (I nie tylko), który mi pokazał. Kilka rodzynków takich jak model z roku 1937, który jest prawdziwą żadkością. Ten warsztat I dealership jest prowadzony przez prawdziwych fanatyków motocyklowych. To nie jest ich praca, tylko hobby, co dość dobrze widać. Oni uwielbiają motocykle I pracę przy nich. Robią to szybko, sprawnie I z sercem, co w dzisiejszych czasach jest niemal niespotykane. Ceny w Needhams Motorcycles są bardzo uczciwe I niewygurowane, obsługa jest miła I dowcipna z dobrym poczuciem humoru, ale również uczciwa I rzetelna. Prace kokonywane na motocyklach są na najwyższym poziomie. Klient (mówię o sobie) jest traktowany dużo lepiej niż w większości firm w Wielkiej Brytanii, co jest bardzo miłym zaskoczeniem.
